Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who We Are

Ontrepreneur is a private membership network operated by Max Hattersley, based in Chesterfield, United Kingdom.

By applying to join, being accepted, and accessing Ontrepreneur, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the platform.

2. Membership

Ontrepreneur is a private, application-only community. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

Membership is personal to you. You cannot transfer, share, or sell your access to anyone else.

We reserve the right to remove any member at any time if we believe they have violated the community standards, these terms, or the spirit of what Ontrepreneur is built on. No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.

3. Payments & Refunds

All membership fees are clearly stated at the point of purchase. By completing payment you agree to the amount and billing cycle shown.

Beta Members: Founding beta members have been accepted under specific terms communicated at the time of joining. These terms apply for the duration of the beta period.

We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you have a genuine issue, contact us directly and we'll handle it fairly.

4. Confidentiality

What happens inside Ontrepreneur stays inside Ontrepreneur.

Strategies, conversations, member details, session content — none of it is to be shared outside of the community without explicit permission from the person who shared it.

Breaching this is grounds for immediate removal and we reserve the right to pursue further action if necessary.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Any content you post inside Ontrepreneur remains yours. By posting it, you give Ontrepreneur permission to reference or highlight it within the community for promotional purposes — such as a wins wall or member spotlight — unless you tell us otherwise.

Content produced by Ontrepreneur — masterclass recordings, frameworks, resources — belongs to Ontrepreneur and may not be shared, copied, or distributed outside the community without permission.

6. Conduct

By joining Ontrepreneur you agree to uphold the community standards outlined in our Rules & Guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:

  • No spam or unsolicited pitching of other members

  • No sharing of confidential member information

  • No ego-driven or disrespectful behaviour

  • No use of Ontrepreneur as a lead generation tool

Violations are dealt with directly. Repeated or serious violations result in removal.

7. Masterclasses & Live Sessions

Ontrepreneur hosts live masterclasses and working calls with external contributors. These sessions are for educational and networking purposes only.

Any advice shared in sessions is the personal opinion of the individual sharing it and should not be taken as professional financial, legal, or business advice. Always do your own due diligence.

Sessions may be recorded. By attending you consent to being present in a recorded environment.

8. Disclaimers

Ontrepreneur does not guarantee any specific financial results from membership. The value you get from this network depends entirely on what you put into it.

We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on conversations, advice, or content shared inside the community.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If anything material changes we'll let members know directly. Continuing to use Ontrepreneur after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under English law.

11. Contact

If you've got a question about any of this, reach out directly.
